Of course! You can have 24/7 access to QC documents such as MSDS, Kosher, Allergen Statement, Combined Statement, Specification Sheet, etc. Just register for an account and you will have access to all these quality documents.  Note that all accounts must be approved first.

Due to the nature of COAs (lot specific), COAs are only available after purchase. But customers are welcome to reference our online Spec Sheets for general product information.

We encourage customers to order by standard packages, so no repacks are available. Please reach out to our sales and customer service for any further questions regarding this at 855-900-8482 or sales@vitajoyusa.com.

We accept Wire Transfers, Checks by Mail, Vitajoy Payment Terms (only for customers who apply and are approved for credit approval), and Credit Cards. If you choose to use a credit card, please note there will be a 3% surcharge added to the invoice. We accept Visa and MasterCard, no American Express.

Yes Vitajoy not only stocks but can source many ingredients that have these certifications. Please check with your sales representative or at sales@vitajoyusa.com for more info regarding stock status, as well as any required documentation you may have.

Depending on the time we received the PO and what location its shipping from, most times we can get your order out with in 24 hours after receiving your PO, sometimes even the same day.
For the USA, we have locations in Chino, CA , Lithonia, GA, and Lakewood, NJ. In addition to these locations we have 1 location in the Netherlands as well as 1 location in China that we can ship from.

We do not put powder in bottles per se, but we do have other custom manufacturing capabilities that we can offer. If you have a need for any type of custom soft gel, capsule, tablet, gummy, or even pre blends, we can provide you a very low MOQ quote for this.
